The Cookery classes take place in my private house in a Acquapendente fully immersed in the green Countryside offering you a truly authentic Italian Experience.

You will come away with a deeper understanding and appreciation of Italian Cooking and Traditions, as well as knowledge of the wines that accompany each meal.

Cooking together using fresh vegetables and herbs from our garden and fruit such as apples and plums ready to be picked direcly by your hands.

Every single dish will be prepared by me and you a sort of good combination that will simplify any recipe shown during the lesson.

My approach to Cooking is a quasi-celestial experience in which you will create pure and genuine dishes linked to the agricultural and religious calendar: oil, wine, truffles, lentils, cheese, freshwater fish, black celery, charcuterie and sweets are just few of basic elements of our culinary tradition.

I created a passionate approach to food which is guaranteed to rub off on anyone who sets foot in my kitchen....just an advocate for simplicity tailoring classes to suit your interests, whetever it's pastry, rural italian cuisine or specific menu drawing from traditions carried down for generations.

My passion for cooking is a long story, start cooking just "Besciamella" with MAMA. Then I have been traveling all over the world for new experiences, now I am ready to share my passion with you, you will be always a friend instead of a guest. My family part of your family!
